The W-L Crew Triathlon consists of:

• 4k erg

• 2 mile run, including stadium stairs

• Bench Rows (Max Completed in 2 Minutes)

Final times are weight adjusted, by gender, to equalize all participants. Check-in starts at 8am, and racing begins at 8:30am

The Top 3 finishers in each category receive awards. Winners are determined by combined erg and run times, with time subtracted for each bench row completed.
